Thank you for shopping at BaoKang. We offer a 30-day return service for most unopened, unused products in their original packaging (excluding personalized, perishable, or "non-returnable" items).
Eligibility for Returns
1. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories intact. 2. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the package.
Return Process
1. Contact our after-sales team at a18958045992@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. After approval, we will send a return label and instructions. 3. Ship the item back within 7 business days. We will process your refund or replacement within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
1. We cover return shipping costs for quality-related issues (defects, wrong items, damage). 2. Customers bear return shipping costs for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 3. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
